Environment Designer / 3D Artist

Do you have a talent in 3D modeling and a passion for creating dynamic environments? Eager to engage in person, face-to-face as part of a passionate and collaborative team?

Hill & Partners is looking for an experienced and collaborative Environment Designer / 3D Artist to join our Creative Team. This is an in-office role at either our Las Vegas or Massachusetts location.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and productive member of the team. They will be able to contribute in the modeling, rendering, and detailing of 3D environment designs. Technical aptitude in 3D modeling and scenes is a must. They will thrive in a collaborative, in-office environment. They will effortlessly manage project timelines, internal communication and stakeholder expectations, and the design of Brand Environments. A customer service mindset is a must, both for internal and external customers. Additionally, the designer will have ample opportunity to contribute to organizational initiatives. Aptitude in additional creative media is encouraged!

Desired Skills & Experiences:

  • Proficiency in 3D Modeling & rendering is a MUST. 3DS Max & VRay preferrable.
  • 3-5 years experience in professional application of 3D software
  • Demonstrate a wide range of 3D visualization skills from loose concept work to highly realistic renderings.
  • Desire to work in an office environment, collaborating with a team across multiple departments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail & keen creative eye.
  • Self-motivated and passionate contributor with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to pivot between working individually/independent problem solving, and consistently collaborating with the team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Dependable and flexible, able respond to changing requirements with tight deadlines in a fast paced, high volume production environment.

Associate Project Manager

Account Management Weymouth, MA

Profile of the Associate Project Manager

The primary responsibility of an APM will be to provide support in the form of process and project management, including managing timelines, researching information, communicating with vendors and clients, and providing assistance as needed to meet and exceed the needs of H&P clients. Responsibilities to also include but not be limited to:

Administrative tasks (calendar management, expense reports, department metrics/data capture), Client Facing/Relationship Management (meetings, show-floor, dinners), Exceptional Customer Service (internal & external), and travel is expected in this role (client meetings, trade shows).

The APM – reports to the Account Executive and will be closely involved with all members of the Account Management team.

Candidates will have 2-3 years of business experience, preferably in a client service capacity.

  • Demonstrate understanding of the ‘added value’ of H&P and consistently delivers for our customers, our partners and our people.
  • General responsibility for ensuring reporting of all expenses

Special Requirements

  • Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends as requested
